Chicken Casserole

| Alia Coley has made her make in the entertainment industry in The Bahamas. An accomplished singer and songwriter, she composed the famous jingles heard on 102.9 FM and has been the writer a number of songs recorded by some of the top artists in this country. She was a featured performer in the production "Bahamian Rhapsody" which was performed at the World Famous Apollo Theatre in New York City. Alia was no stranger to the Apollo, having won the amateur talent competition there on two occasions. |

![]() Add two cups of macaroni noodles to approximately eight cups of water. Also add one teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of butter. Lightly season two boneless chicken breasts with seasoned salt. Boil the chicken. Chop one quarter of a green pepper, a half of an onion, a half of a celery stalk and a little goat pepper. Add the chicken breasts to a food processor along with the vegetables. Add to this a clove of garlic and a tablespoon of thyme. Chop this together. Add cooked noodles to a large bowl then add the chicken mixture, one can of cream, one quarter cup of whole milk, one tablespoon of butter, twenty ounces of cheese, two eggs (beaten), black pepper and salt to taste. Stir. Add mixture to a lasagna dish. Top off with remaining cheese. Place in oven for forty to forty-five minutes at 325 degrees. |
