Fish Chowder

![]() Into a tall pot, place biscuits to cover the bottom. Cut up four to six fish fillets and add some of this fish to cover the biscuits. Add a layer of potatoes followed by a layer of onion. Add a layer of stewed tomatoes and then add some bacon as desired. Add a little tomato paste (approximately two tablespoons). Add a cup of chicken stock and a cup and a half of fish stock. Add allspice to taste and also salt and black pepper to taste. Add the layers again starting with the biscuits. Add some Worcester sauce to taste. Add cherry to taste (optional). Finish off the pot with a layer of biscuits. Place on a low flame and let cook. |

biscuits for each layer 4 fish fillets 4 potatoes, 4 onions 3 cans stewed tomatoes bacon as desired 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 cups chicken stock 3 cups fish stock allspice to taste salt to taste black pepper to taste worcester sauce to taste cherry (optional)
