He is the president of Plantation Pictures Limited, the company that produced Guess Who’s Cooking and was also responsible for the production of the film version of Powercut and the Video and CD recordings of Music of The Bahamas.



Measure oats, blend in a blender to a fine powder. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oats, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips and chocolate bar. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 375 degrees.

2 and 1/2 cups of oats
1 stick of butter
1 chocolate bar
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups of flour
12 oz. of chocolate chips
