Gavin Collins is one of the people at Asa H. Pritchard, our sponsor, who pushed to make this television show happen. He became involved in the local theatre scene in 1987 and won a number of awards for his acting and directing abilities. His voice is well known to Bahamians, as he has appeared in many radio ads over the past fifteen years. We enjoyed having Gavin (and Harrison) on the show.

Add 2 cups of water to a pot followed by 1 tsp. of corn oil. Add 1 chicken bouillon cube and bring pot to a boil. Add 1 cup of rice and a 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables then let cook under a low flame. Cut up a boneless chicken into cubes and sprinkle with Emerils Southwest Seasoning. Spray a cold skillet with a non-stick cooking spray and then turn on the heat and let the pan get hot. Add the chicken and cook. Serve the rice and the chicken together and you can use ketchup and honey as dipping sauces.
Add 1 & 1/2 tbsp of olive oil to a pizza crust then add 1 & 1/2 tbsp of pizza sauce. Cover the top of the crust with pizza cheese mix. Add some parmesan cheese to the edges. Place in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
Add a handful of frozen french fries to a cookie sheet, add a little salt to season and place in the oven for 9 to 14 minutes at 425 degrees. Add a can of baked beans to a can of vienna sausages and heat in the microwave oven for one minute. Serve with the french fries.
