Mince the garlic, salt, and cilantro. Mince the bacon separately. Beat the eggs. Add cheese, evaporated milk, oregano and pepper. Sautee the bacon and then add the garlic and cilantro. Mix together. Boil pasta. Lower heat under pan. When pasta is ready, pour eggs into pan, add the pasta to the eggs and mix well. Try to avoid scrambling the eggs. Serve with a garnish of cilantro.

cilantro to garnish
7 cloves garlic
a handful of cilantro 8 oz. parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup evaporated milk 1 tsp. ground black pepper
